Currently, I'm technical leader for BIVA Vietnam, a system providing virtual agent solutions for hotlines in Vietnam, aims to reduce the number of call center staff for large enterprises and SMEs.

My enthusiasm for technology and its potential to solve real-world problems led me to join BIVA Vietnam in 2022. I'm excited to contribute to the development of a cutting-edge system that can help businesses and organizations improve their customer service and streamline their operations. I'm very fond of lower-level programming and the ability to create efficient and scalable solutions.
